Enough power for my GPU with my PSU?

I recently acquired an nVidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti from a friend for no charge, which was fantastic for me, as I've been playing games off of the integrated graphics on my CPU. However, I've come to realize that power might become an issue. I have a Rosewill Capstone 450M PSU, and the GeForce website recommends that the minimum output of a PSU for the 560 Ti is 500W. My question is, will my PSU be powerful enough to comfortably power the GPU, or will I encounter issues?
I saw a thread on this in my own research earlier that seemed to point to something about the total continuous power from the rail at 50 degrees C (or something to that effect).

CPU: i5 4440 @ 3.1 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows 8.1
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD
PSU: Rosewill CAPSTONE 450M

Let me know if there are any other details needed.

you will be fine
