Enough power for r9 280x?

Is this enough for a Sapphire Tri-X and enough for overclocking?

It is enough to run the card but maybe not enough for a full overclock

No, that card requires more power than normal, namely two 8 pin connectors and 750w.

Plus, the CX line is considered as only mediocre quality.
Look for Seasonic, xfx, or antec for starters.

The CX600 uses cheap secondary capacitors and costs more that it should it's best avoided. The 550w xfx is higher quality and cheaper.

Stock 550w would be ok. But you will probably want/need to oc so I'd get something bigger.
