Hey, I currently have Intel Ivy Bridge i5-3570K LGA1155 (3,4GHz, 6mb boxed)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti (1GB GDDR5)
Asus P8Z77-V LX, LGA1155 Intel Z77 DDR3 ATX
Cooler Master 650W GX ATX 80Plus Bronze

Is that PSU enough if I change my GTX 650 Ti to AMD Radeon R9 290X?

yes that would be fine as this card uses about 300-350w
