Yes its enough. A 750Ti only hits around 140 - 150 watts at peaks.

You are good as long as you dont add in like 50 HDD`s and enough fans to make your system levitate 😀

Did you check the bundle that the link has will it be enough watts for it combined?

Yupp, dont worry the RAM hardly draws any power, so does the motherboard.
CPU has a TDP at 65 watts, so peak should be around 110 - 120 watts MAX peak wattage at stock settings

Overall you will if you put your system under 100% load on everything be around 300 - 350 watts. But that is with everything running at max. cpu, ram, gpu, hdd, ssd, fans, etc etc.

So yes. You are safe 😀
