enough watts? pls help

Does my PSU have enough wattages etc, for the MSI GTX 750 TI ( low power card )

This are my specs from my PSU:

Model Number: fsp350-40EMDN ( in a medion pc ) ( FSP GROUP INC. )

+12V1 = 16.0A
+12V2 = 16.0A

Max Wattages: 336W MAX.

HELP ASAP PLEASE!!

the GTX 750Ti Require a 300w PSU.... yes, ur psu might work with the GTX 750ti.... but as per MSI Website they recommend a 400w psu.... it's a risk ur taking.... u can change the psu if u can....
