Enter CMD commands remotely?

Hi, I have found a Kahoot flooder that actually works, but it needs to be interacted with through the command line in windows 10. The problem is the only computer I have access to during school is a Chromebook that is connected to the school's domain. I have tried connecting with my server with chrome remote desktop to enter the command, but that did not work.(By server I mean crappy desktop that I keep on 24/7 for some reason) Is there a way I could interact with the command prompt on my computer over the internet from a Chromebook? I know that this is probably not possible, but if you have any suggestions about other methods that would be great! Thanks!

also there is a couple of remote desktop tools for chrome, but i tried to make them work and none worked, that was under windows, this one is free afik and does work, give it a try

So, you need Windows CMD prompt in order to launch a DDOS attack inside your school network?
I'm glad your school gave you CHromebooks...
