Enter SETUP to recover BIOS setting

Hello, when i turn on my computer it tells me: Enter SETUP to recover BIOS setting.
If i try to enter Bios or boot menu, he doesn't let me in.

Tried to reset the CMOS by pulling out the battery, nothing changed.... How i can make it work back?

My motherboard model is p5ql-e

If your keyboard is a USB model, you may need to use a PS/2 model to get into BIOS Setup.

You may also need to install a new CMOS battery if BIOS keeps "forgetting" the settings and the time/date.
