Question "Enter setup to recover bios setting"

Hi,

New Asus ROG X470-F. I've had a number of overnight power outtage/brown outs lately. I keep my computer off every night. But every morning it happens, my computer would start with the error "Please enter setup to recover bios setting. Press F1 to continue." All my bios settings are reverted to default and I have to setup everything again. Because the brown outs are happening so often this is something I have to do almost every other morning now. Is there a way to get around this? The time in the BIOS is still right so I'm not sure how that works.

I can try that. But I thought it's something else since if the bio battery was crapping out, why is my BIOS time still right?
