Enter The Bios in Lenovo Ideapad 310

I cannot enter the bios in my Lenovo ideapad 310. I am not sure if I have a Novo button; I searched for it but to no avail

Yes the ideapad 310 has a Novo button. It's right next to the headphone port. You need to stick a needle or something really thin down it.
