[SOLVED] Enter toggling full screen?

I was in a valorant match and I hit enter to type in the chat and my full screen valorant changed to windowed and when I hit enter again it turns back to full screen,I switched to discord to start typing and press enter to see if it happens in discord which it doesn’t,it seems to have fixed itself in valorant after I went back,I noticed that in the agent select I couldn’t backspace my words either,any ideas? This is the first time it’s happened,guess it’s an issue with valorant?I heard that alt enter might do this but I’m not sure if it’s a toggle or I have to press alt every time because I initially meant to press shift enter but I could’ve hit alt but I tested the toggle with only enter and it was still going back and forth.

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
