Question Entering BIOS & Enabling Intel's Virtualization Tech. with no visual aid.

Problem is, my Lenovo IdeaPad 360 has a busted screen and I have been using remote desktop support access or an extended display to my TV. When I restart in BIOS I lose all visual. I just need some guidance,STEP by STEP, Button Press by Button Press, to guide me blindly to turn on the Intel Visualization Tech. Unless there is a way I can see what Im doing...
