[SOLVED] Entering setup freeze when I installed New cpu

So,i upgraded my cpu from Intel core i3-530 to Intel core i5-760 on MSI 7616 motherboard and when pc turn on just show logo and nothing happening, on keyboard only button that works is del and when I press it just start to entering in bios and freeze there and nothing works there either. Just showing me drivers and componenta loaded and saying 'Entering setup. I try reset cmos, i unplug ram and graphic card, pull out cpu and put it back again but nothing works. Please help me!

Yeah, now works with old one but i just paid for this new cpu and now my pc can't work with it. But it's the same Socket LGA 1156.Only if cpu don't work properly. Then i was foxed.

is there a bios update on the motherboard? should have just work with that cpu.

maybe CPU is no good, if bios is updated
