Enthoo Pro - PWM Hub, What is the 12V Input?

Hi Guys --

Trying to figure out if I am missing anything and came across a very short cable (2 inches or so) coming from the PWM Hub on the back. It has a mark indicated it is a 12V Input. Can't figure out what this is for or where it needs to go.

Please advise..

Extra power for fans powered through the hub. I believe it's in the manual.

Thanks for the reply. I found the info on pg 31 of the manual but it didn't make clear whether or not this PWM Hub and this actual cable needed to be utilized. I suppose its all relative to whether or not I have the extra cables but in a standard build, I don't think I need it, right?

Did you mean "extra fans"? It won't hurt to connect it anyway.

That was my first thought too but then I get back to my dilemma of the length of the cable. It's about 2 inches long and directly connected to the PWM Hub.

There isn't anything nearby to connect it to. Not quite sure if something is supposed to come from the motherboard and reach it? Lost.. Sorry 🙁

If I'm not mistaken, it's a SATA connector and you use a SATA cable from the PSU.
