Hi newbie question here.
I'm upgrading my tv - pc arrangement and have concerns about resulting picture display.
I currently use entry level HP / Lenovo laptops linked via HDMI to a tv with no problem. Audio is via wireless headphones.
HP 662 XF332EA#ABU Notebook (year: 2011) / max screen resolution 1366 x 768

or:
Lenovo IdeaPad 310 15ABR (Year: approx 2017 / max screen resolution 1366 x 768
connected to a:
Bush LED24970fhd 24" tv full HD 1080p (Year: approx 2012)
https://www.amazon.co.uk/BUSH-LED24970FHD-24IN-FULL-1080P/dp/B007ZGWHGC
I currently stream off my laptop into the tv. I don't use tv smart menus or pay a tv license to view freeview.
I wish to retain this set up for now. I might consider adding smart menu use / licenesed access later.
I' m considering the following 43" tv upgrades:
Full HD 1080p type:
LG 43LM6300PLA
https://www.argos.co.uk/product/9407051
or
4k type:
LG 43UM7500PLA
https://www.which.co.uk/reviews/televisions/lg-43um7500pla/technical-specifications
My concerns relate to the quality of picture which may result when connecting either laptop to the tv upgrade (and please correct me if i am wrong.)
If there are any tweaks or adjustment settings i should do to make my current laptops display on either 4k or 1080p 43" tv - please feel free to advise.
Thanks for attention

- I think upgrading to a 43" Full HD 1080p and connecting to either laptop via any HDMI cable will be straight forward and there wont be any issues re: picture quality ? Please advise.
- If i opt for the 43" 4k tv models i'm confused about what result. Will i be ok connecting my entry level laptops with their 1366 x 768 screen res to a 43" 4K tv using any HDMI cable ?
If there are any tweaks or adjustment settings i should do to make my current laptops display on either 4k or 1080p 43" tv - please feel free to advise.
