I need 30pcs to setup on my new office and I really have budget on setting up these PC, I already have something in my mind but I need you guys to advise me which brand should I use for the spec below, I need the system to be reliable, good spec and the cheapest to setup

Just guessing - but you also need monitors, keyboards, mice and OS too?
You'll have a hard time finding a better deal than Dell Vostro $400 with 19" monitor, E7400, 3GB RAM and warranty support
