Question entry level pc

i'm looking for a pc ,the main things i want it for is creality slicer, freecad and some arduino projects
at some point i would also like to try c++
have no idea what specs i need,any advice on what to buy would be appreciated

What country are you in and what is your budget?

I'm in Ireland,budget is around 400 to 500 euro,have no problem with getting a refurbished one.
is my budget realistic ,if not how much should I be looking at paying?
