"Enumerate and set up application processors" WTF

hi i have been having problems booting my motherboard I get a C5 code which means "Enumerate and set up application processors" What does this mean? And what can I do to get a boot screen as i get no boot beep or anything on screen.

Foxconn A9DA-S Motherboard (AMD 890GX)
4Gb RAM
AMD Phenom II X2 3.2 GHz Processor Black Edition

This error indicates problems addressing physical memory.

Can u try another RAM or just 1 stick in different slots?
