Question Epic Games Launcher kills my internet when I download a game

I just recently noticed that when I try to download a game from Epic Games launcher, download speeds are really slow and it just kills my internet as I have noticed that when I download something on epic games everyone in the house connected to the internet is able to use little to no internet at all.

In the epic launcher go to settings and tick the option that says Throttle Downloads.

Put in a number lower than your maximum download speed.
In short experiment with lower and lower numbers until you have decent internet for everybody while downloading,start with 1000KB/s that's 8Mbit,go up or down depending on your results.

Problem is it also cuts my internet, download speeds are only at 100KB/s
