does anyone know a good cooler that will fit on the epox 8k3a's north bridge? I know I dont need one and the stock one is fine but if I could squeeze just a little bit more out of my system...

why not just attach a 40mm fan on it? it already has a heatsink on it, so you could just plop it on there... i did.

I found a small but tall heatsink that I think Ill use just need some arctic silver epoxy and I've got a couple 40mm fans... I was just hoping that there were some manufactured ones that might fit like the crystal orb witch is waaaay too big.

You can go fanless if you have a good passive heatsink. The Zalman one is popular and people who overclock their systems have no problems with it.

If you're going to be pushing your FSB 200 Mhz then you'd want active cooling. Otherwise this should be fine.

This little cathode light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine!

cool that looks nice, have you tried ataching it to an 8k3a though? can you mount a 40mm fan on it easily?

are you still using it with thermal tape or have you got some epoxy on it? cause with thermal tape there would be very litle difference with the fan.
