Hello,
The software CD for new EpsonStylus NX420 does nothing when put in desktop computer. I can't install the software.

Hi Laospears,
It sounds like your Bios is not automatically reading the CD drive.Insert the CD, then click on the start button, select computer. In the open window select the drive for the CD driver, press enter. What you have in the CD drive will be read.
