I have bought my printer 2-3 years now. The L355 model (though all models have similar ink and printer head). First year of ownership was good. Lots of stuff managed to be printed. The black was refilled once. Then it started going downhill. First fine white lines would appear on the paper- the kind of lines where when you do the nozzle clean, deep clean head clean or whatever, it is still there. Sent to the SC, fixed it. Working great. After the service centre warranty period is over (3 months), the printer started acting again. Now it is becoming worse.
I am not sure if I should send it for repair again or replace the entire printer. I have 3 Epson printers. The L355 is at home. The L210 are at the office. The L210 which is used frequently though not high capacity use are still working fine and the black ink has been topped up. The L355 at home which is used rarely is becoming worse. I liked the L355 as I can print from my phone, laptop through wifi. Though when the head is too bad, printing even flight tickets are a problem. I have read reviews online at amazon and it seems that this is a thing. Has anyone else suffered the same problem as I have? Should I service or get a different printer?
Thanks
