Epson LQ-310 - Printing Skipping Lines

hello, I'm really appreciated if someone can help me... I have problem with my Epson LQ-310 Printer.

My problem is, about two weeks ago, the printer have started to print with skipping lines, the gap was too obvious. How to make the printer go back to normal?

Please help me, I have many work and the printer is not working

In the Setting try turning 'Skip over perforation' Off
It could be a damaged print head.
Make sure there isn't too much slack in the ribbon or the ribbon is loose.
