When i restart there comes no movement, no power but there i can hear thin beeps inside the printer. This printer is only 14 months old, warranty is over. Please help me

Solution
Usually means the excess ink absorbing pads are are ready for changing, they are full owing to frequent attempts at nozzle cleaning when blockage is severe. Requires a fair amount of printer dismantling as well as obtaining new ink pads. Epson will do it but it would be cheaper to replace the printer than being charged by Epson for a printer service.
