Epson printer using generic brand cartridge

Hello,
I have bought generic brand cartridges and it has printed twice with great difficulty and wont any more
I rang Epson.. they said buy Epson and ring back then if it doesnt work
How can you trick it to work?

You should try as they suggested. Your cartridges may very well be the reason, specially if they are recycled.
