Question Epson Scan Settings

hi,

I have a weird problem with changing settings in Epson Scan. There are a few tabs where I can not access all settings. An example is PDF scan settings where low end of tab is not accessible (compression level).

Is there any solution for this?

It looks like the software was written for Windows 98 and doesn't play nice with how the GUI works in Windows 10. Instead of using this, save it as an image instead at the best quality, open it up in an image viewer or editor that lets you print, and choose to print it as a PDF.

yes I am aware of this, but this are a few steps more because of buggy software, and I can not find a way to report it directly to Epson
this is the newest version of program I downloaded from the Epson website along with drivers for Epson Perfection V39 scanner !?

I'm sure Epson is aware of the problem, they just don't really care enough to fix it because it's probably not a feature a lot of people care about anymore.

I found solution for this problem!
go to program file properties --> compatibility --->change high DPI settings and check "override high DPI.... (application)"

Are you using UI scaling? Or better yet, what's the display resolution and screen size?

windows scale & layout: 150% (recommended)
