Epson Status Monitor Message

Hello,
I am getting a message when I use my C82 printer: "Parts inside your printer are near the end of their service. Contact your dealer for replacement". I called a local service store and I was told that I could access the internet and reset my printer. Where do I find this information? Thank you.
