EPSON Stylus Color 660 problem

Does anyone know why Epson stylus color won't set from color to black?
My color cardridge is empty and black one is full, but printer don't
want to change printing black.
If you have any ideas?

This printer needs to have ink in the color and black cartridges to allow
printing. The printheads are permanent, and printing in black with an empty
color cartridge would result in the color printheads clogging. This could
require printer service to correct.
