[SOLVED] EPU and TPU on motherboard?

I was looking at my motherboard and saw these switches for EPU and TPU and was wondering what they were for? I did a little bit of research and decided to come her for a little bit more information. Here are my questions:

1. How much performance increase will this give your CPU?
2. There is 2 levels, TPU1 and TPU2, which one?
3. Should you have EPU and TPU on at the same time?
4. Can you use this without a non-k CPU? Will it still give a performance boost?

TPU (levels) are automatic overclocking on all cores to preset levels. It sets everything (including EPU) levels same as you would do manually. Those are not high overclocks, typically 3 -8%.
