Hi I was wondering what PSU should I use for 2 x 7601 epyc cpus?

That is an incomplete question. You need to think about the total system power, not just the 180W per socket that the CPUs use.

you identified your motherboard as a h11dsi -- That motherboard requires two EPS12V and a 24 pin power connector.
Your previous question also listed that you don't have full memory. That means less power required now. Will you ever get proper memory? Then you need to account for that in your power supply estimates.

I would probably look at the 1000W range.
