I am trying to find the Arena in Qeynos. Would anyone know where it is? I
ask around in game and nobody seems to know.

Which quest is it for? Does it specify Nth or Sth Qeynos?

If you mean the place for the Warrior class quest, it's in North Qeynos
in the middle of the southern part of the zone; the big unmarked building.
The entrance is on the side facing the claymore monument IIRC.
