eq2 gnoll report bugged?

I'm doing the gnoll report which says to find "the hidden entrance"; well i
found the one to blackburrow, ran about every inch of the area with assorted
trains of gnolls, and my journal didn't react. I tried running in straight
lines, zig zagging, zoning in and out of blackburrow, running about the area
in a group so i could move more slowly, nothing, sawm in and out, nothing,
checked every guide i could find, no more that i have already done.

What am i missing? I've been running about this cavern for over an hour and
that was my eq time 😛

Oh well, mebbe tonight.

You went to the one that you swim into? Wrong one I'm afraid...
there's another a bit north (north east?) of there.

Ah, that one took me ages to find - there's a second secret entrance....you
go over the hill a little I think and IIRC into a tree trunk or something.

There are (at least) three entrances to Blackburrow - the main one,
the one in a cave on the coast, and one reached from the southernmost
islands out in the sea (I think the quest talks about tree bridges,
which you can see connecting those islands).

p.s. someone from league of levity invited me to guild but najena promptly
crashed and i don't know who my sponsor was. Is there a log file in eq2? I
might not have had it enabled but looking for log* got me nowhere. 😛

I have found you need to switch the log file on each time you log into the
character.
Not sure if they are going to be looking into this or not - in EQ1 you were
able to switch it on and it stayed on (files could get quite large however).
