My quest journal is pretty much full, though, so I'll have to hunt
them down one at a time.

I've noticed quests are now colour-coded when you get offered them, so
you can judge how hard they'll be before you accept.

Actually, I think this is an old quest. I've been doing it for some
time, and it leads to a nice helm.

This one is neither new nor a solo quest - you probably haven't been
there since reaching level 20, which is the earliest he will give out
the quest, I think.
