EQ2 Sepulcher Quest??

I completed the Sepulcher Quest and all I seem to have gotten is a very long
note. The Guinders Sepulcher Notes.....Do these do anything?

That Sepulcher quest, what category is that? Maybe it's an access quest? I
vaguely remember something about a "Sepulcher NN" zone with access from
Vermin's Snye.
