If you're a paladin or shadowknight, I think you're stuck with it
until they fix whatever bug is causing it - at least I've never
figured out why I get that message with my paladin and I've seen
shadowknights complain about it, too.

I'm a shadowknight and I also get those messages and others when I sit.
