Equal Bandwidth distribution on clients

how to distribute the bandwidth equally on clients on tenda adsl plus router, as I could not found such option on configuration page. Its PTCL Provided Tenda ADSL+W/L Router

No settings QOS = quality of service.

If you know the exact model, it may be support by one of the custom firmwares that give you more control over the router including bandwidth distribution and traffic prioritisation.
