Erase All Initial Boot?

So I just got my SSD in and I want to put Windows 7 on it and boot from that. How can I just erase everything I have ever had (Not much because I just build this PC) and start all the way over from the Initial Boot?

NOTE: You will need a recoverydisk/ install CDto reinstall windows.
