Erase Recycle.bin safe?

Hi guys,

I have an HDD: WD Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB for internal storage and I only had like 50 MB left for storage and the HDD was really slow so I used Folder Size 3.4 to find and erase the things I dont need anymore. I noticed although my Recycle Bin was empty Folder Size foung a 9 files in the Recycle.bin folder. One of them was 56.30 Gb big, it was created in 2014 and had 354 subfolfers and 3923 files. I changed the size of te Recycle Bin to 20.000 mb but the files were still there. Anyone can help me? Btw on Folder Size 3.4 the owners name is not Builtin\\Administratorsor the name of my PC but some numbers.

Thas what i dont know. The Recycle bin is empty and i have empty it several times but the 56 GB remain there. The 56 are no showed in the Recycle bin only when I use Folder Size is when I can see the 56 GB are still there.

Have you rebooted in the middle of this?
Can you show us a screencap of where this 56+GB is?

Yes I have restarted the pc.
