Hello,
hi i used the program swissknife but it only erased the partition and when i wanted to create FAT32 format it told me an error and the program never opened again due to compatibility issue with my win 7.what should i do?

1) Use a better utility?
2) Is this the only partition on the drive in question, or are there other partitions that are still working? Is this a new drive or an old one with data in other partitions? Is it your OS drive or not?
3) You states that Swissknife is not compatible with Win7. Win7 can format partitions; if Win7 is running (obviously from some other partition), you can use the Disk Manager to format the partition.
4) How large is the partition in question? FAT32 cannot handle more than 2 TiB if the clusters are 512 K.

Basically, I am trying to figure out if you have a dead drive, are trying to do an invalid format, have data to recover, or just need a better partition tool. I look forward to hearing from you.

Use windows disk management to delete/create your partitions, but do not format. Now use fat32formatter to format your partition(s). Windows put a partition size restriction on fat32. This gets around it. If you google fat32formatter you should get lots of hits as to where to download from, so if the link below doesn't work, try another. I have used this program before with no problems.
