Erasing HDD so I can sell it...

What is the best way to completely erase my HDD so it is like it was when I bought it? I plan on selling it on eBay and am a little paranoid about how to do it right. It was an OS hard drive so has multiple partitions. Just deleting the files leaves the partitions in place, and disk management doesn't allow me to delete each partition.
