I have a SSD in my system that I used to use as my booting drive, however I don't anymore. However, this drive still has some folders from windows that I can't delete (Says I need permission from the account I'm logged in on?). Instead I was going to use the Samsung Magician to do a secure erase. It says I need a USB to create a bootable drive. This might be stupid to ask, but since that SSD isn't my booting drive would I really need a bootable drive. (Technically I can't even secure erase without doing so). I am on windows 7.
