ERecovery on Acer

I have an Acer Aspire 5517 that the microphone does not work with Skype and probably other programs, I have tried to use an external microphone which worked for a time but no longer. I need to communicate online. Thank You

you could try to use the a windows system restore point and see if the microphone works again.
