[SOLVED] .erif files?

So I was looking for a AntiVirus today. Money is tight right now so i was looking for a good free one. After about 2 hours of looking it seems everywhere i go everyone was pointing to Panda Dome. So I downloaded it, but it turned alot of the files on my desktop into ERIF files. It turned all my steam game shortcuts plus a few other things. After googling ERIF files i came up with nothing.

Today i downloaded one .exe and it happen the dame. I hace allá archives with this extensión. Ransomware. But i don't know how to desencript

.erif files are files that have been encrypted by ransomware. There is only one solution and that is to wipe all affected drives, reinstall the OS and all applications from known clean sources, then restore your data from the most current, clean, backup. Decryption is not going to happen.

And in the future stay away from dodgy websites and torrents, and only use legally obtained software.
