Eror bd new build

Hey guys finally finished building my pc today it's my first time I keep getting error bd here are the specs

5820k
16gb g skill ram
H100i cooler
Asus rampage v extreme
H1000i psu
Asus gtx 980

So it booted up first time went to bios then I booted from the cd to install windows 7 it goes through to install windows ones everything is done it says prepare to restart in 10 seconds then it never comes back on and I get error bd I have try's resetting bios reseating the ram gpu cpu cooler I just can't figure out what the hell is happening I try's putting the ram in the grey slots also but then it doesn't turn on at al and gives me error 56

I also have Samsung 250gb ssd which I'm attempting to install windows on and a 1tb hdd
