Err Connection Reset

I keep getting the error mentioned in the title. This is one of the about 2 or 3 websites I can use, all other websites show the error no matter how many times I reset it. I'm using my school's wifi, I have an Android, and I'm using chrome. I personally think it's my school's wifi that's the problem. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

ah, school networks strike again. Is one of the sites youtube or ebay? they probably have a filter. in that case you would want something to bypass it. but I don't think forum rules allow me to suggest anything.

Actually, the sites that don't work are anything but this site. YouTube and other apps work just fine.

hmm, well the only time I see that is when the site is being blocked.
