ERR_CONNECTION_RESET with laptop

When I try to access to "https://www.live.com" with google chrome, the browser transform the address to “https://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&rpsnv=12&ct=1420254137&rver=6.4.6456.0&wp=MBI_SSL_SHARED&wreply=https:%2F%2Fmail.live.com%2Fdefault.aspx&lc=1036&id=64855&mkt=fr-fr&cbcxt=mai".... hence the error ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.
This error does not happen with my tab!
I reboot the router, used cccleaner and anti malware, uninstall and re install google chrome, cleaned the cache and for end netsh windsock reset.

Try https://www.live.com on its own with no other characters and see what happens. When you get in, bookmark it.

There must be something in the browser cache that's causing it because your link in the last post works for me. Which browser are you using and do you have another you could try?

It's mostly irrelevant but the syntax you meant would be netsh winsock reset catalog

I use Google chrome but it gave the same result with IE.
To be noted that I cannot access as well to: https://mail.beicip.com/owa/ since I can access to : https://zimbra.free.fr/ and to: https://webmail.pttep.com/owa/

Two links go straight to Outlook Web App and the third goes to Zimbra as expected.One browser caché is probably confusing the other. Try CCleaner's Registry cleaner.

I already did that, but according to your advice, I redo it again... no changes : on error for both links
