Err_connection_timed_out Google chrome

Im facing this annoying f*cking problem on Windows 10 i have to reload page like 10-15 times to get it working same happened to me on win8.1 but it was all okay on windows 7 and still ok on my other pc which is using windows 7 please help me.already faced it 3 times while posting this thread

Try uninstalling Chrome completely, and then reinstalling it. Also try updating your network adapter drivers to the latest Windows 10-compatible versions.
