ERROR 0167 No processor BIOS update found after upgrading motherboard please help.

Hi I have just upgraded my motherboard and I have the message: ERROR 0167 No processor BIOS update found.

Could you please help with this?

I have a IBM LENOVO THINKCENTRE M57 MOTHERBOARD P/N:45R5312 ,775 SOCKET
Intel Duo Core 2 CPU 4400@2.00 GHz

I can't see a compatible flash on the Lenovo site.
It boots into Windows if I leave it, but there are a few problems.

What is the best course of action please?

You'll have to change the CPU to one that the existing BIOS supports if Lenovo do not have the required BIOS update.
