Error 0xc0000142 GTA V

At first I had a 0xc000007b error.I read some guides and I downloaded the xinput1_3.dll file and put it in my game folder.Now the error has changed to 0xc0000142 and I have tried to run the game as administrator and run it in compatibility mode but it doesn't work.Please help I would really appreciate it!

Thanks for answering but I reinstalled the game and it was fine.
