Error 0xc000021. Help!

So I went outside for a smoke.. Came back and error 0xc000021a had shown up. I tried to restart same error.. A couple of days before this my disk usage was jumping up 100% usage and my computer would lock up I tried to reset it was stuck at 1% went to sleep woke up to my computer restarting it self over and over. Any solutions maybe it's my hardrive?

I would see if you can boot into safemode and do a system restore to a month ago or something before any issues. If this allows you to boot go get a program like Malwarebytes and run a scan.

Thanks for your answer Thent but can it only goes past post after that it's a black screen and it doesn't even try to boot Windows. Can I still run it in safe mode some how?

As soon as you see the post logo keep pressing the "F8" key until a menu comes up. From there you should be able to choose "Safe Mode With Networking" and hopefully you can troubleshoot from there. What version of windows are you running?
