Error 0xc0000428 on new ram install

As said above, i get that error message when i try to install my new HyperX - Fury (2x4gb) 1866mhz ram into my a78-e35 motherboard.... The RAM is fine i had it replaced twice and the same thing happened with all 3 sets, I have no idea how to fix this and I don't want to have to reinstall an OS....
P.S. I have Windows 10 64-bit

Try changing the year 2016 to an older year in BIOS, that has fixed the issue for some. If you have tried any troubleshoots, let us know.

Try changing the year 2016 to an older year in BIOS, that has fixed the issue for some. If you have tried any troubleshoots, let us know.

Windows 10 which Edition / Version?

I tried setting the BIOS year to both 2014, and 2015 and it still came up with the same error.... As for the Windows 10 version I'm pretty sure that it is up to date.
